We offer students clean, well-maintained, affordable off-campus housing. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 bedroom apartments and houses are available. Units come with full kitchens with refrigerator and stove and full bathrooms. All units are furnished with beds, dressers, couch and chairs, kitchen table w/ chairs.

GARBAGE, RECYCLING AND SEWAGE ARE INCLUDED IN RENT AMOUNT CHARGED.

  • TWO FORMS OF PAYMENT PLANS ARE AVAILABLE FOR OUR TENTANTS’ CONVENIENCE
  • 10% OF TOTAL SCHOOL YEAR RENT WILL BE REQUIRED UPON SIGNING
  • ON-SITE PERMIT PARKING AVAILABLE
  • PARENTAL CONSENT AND GUARANTY REQUIRED
  • A $ 500.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED PER STUDENT
  • NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED
  • OWNERS LIVE IN INDIANA AND ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE
